Hi, my name is Cody Merrill. I am the Owner and Head Trainer here at The Center Gym. Fitness is breathing for me, I can not go a day without it. We have 1 body to live in, so why not make it the best we can. I strive to help my clients day in and day out to be a better version of themselves. Whether that be through diet, one on one personal training, or even accountability. If you're ready to work and take that first step, then myself and my team will be by your side every step of the way!

Ryan
Ryan works full time as a physical therapist at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health and part time as an athletic trainer for local sports teams and high schools. Ryan graduated from University of Central Florida in 2015 with his bachelors in athletic training, and from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2018 with his Doctorate in physical therapy. Since tearing his ACL in 2010, and again in 2017, Ryan has has strived to become proficient in client centered care that optimizes athletic performance and muscle recovery. He has developed skills in soft tissue mobilization, myofascial decompression, manual therapy, injury evaluation and treatment. He welcomes the opportunity to serve athletes and enhance their performance and recovery. In his free time he enjoys golfing, fishing, boating and of course working out.

Ani Smith
Ani Smith is a former elite acrobatic gymnast on the USA Gymnastics National Team. As a gymnast, she competed and medalled at many International World Cup and World Championship events. She also had the opportunity to perform as an acrobat and aerialist for the creator of Cirque Du Soleil, in the show La Perle, in Dubai. Her love for her sport allowed her to begin coaching gymnastics when she was 15 years old. From there, her passion for sharing knowledge for achieving a healthy, balanced, and enjoyable fitness lifestyle bloomed! Ani wants to empower her clients to reach their fitness goals, gain confidence in their training, and to have an exciting time in the gym!

Kristina
Kristina found her passion for health and fitness through her own personal health journey of losing over 50 pounds. From there she obtained a master’s in health psychology in 2020 and then became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Kristina wants to use her skills, education, and experience to help others.
