Hi, my name is Cody Merrill. I am the Owner and Head Trainer here at The Center Gym. Fitness is breathing for me, I can not go a day without it. We have 1 body to live in, so why not make it the best we can. I strive to help my clients day in and day out to be a better version of themselves. Whether that be through diet, one on one personal training, or even accountability. If you're ready to work and take that first step, then myself and my team will be by your side every step of the way!

Hi, my name is Ana Pike! In 2020 I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. My passion for fitness started at a young age. I grew up playing several sports which I continued into high school. I was introduced to weight lifting when I started college in 2016 and fell in love with it! After regularly weight lifting for a few years, I competed in my first NPC bikini competition when I was 19. My passion for fitness continued to grow. I obtained my personal training certification and worked as a trainer throughout my college career. After working in a gym for several years, I worked at a yoga studio where I learned the importance of mind-body connection. Fitness is not a one size fits all. I hope to encourage individuals to find a form of nutrition and exercise that they thoroughly enjoy and can make apart of their lifestyle.

Hi, my name is Gabe! I am a registered yoga teacher, personal trainer and EMT student. I have been teaching yoga & personal training for some time now. I look forward to training all who is ready for the challenge!

Julia found her passion for health and fitness through yoga while attending the University of Florida. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Advertising in 2019 and has loved yoga ever since. Once she moved back to her hometown of Miami, Julia began experimenting with different styles of working out including hot yoga, barre, Pilates, and HIIT. As the pandemic neared and gyms closed down in Miami, she found herself at a loss. Being overweight her entire life, she saw an opportunity to work on herself during this time of solitude. She lost a total of over 50 lbs training completely from home with only a set of her brother’s weights. Everything she learned was self-taught through expensive research on nutrition and fitness for sustainable health. She moved to Stuart and brought with her her passion for training. She believes movement is medicine and wants to help people feel healthy and confident for life.
